Q: Who is filming our event
A: Replay Cave has our professional trained sports videographer that will meet you at golf course, follow your golf group and capture all your tournaments, golf outing moments and golf shots.
Q: The online video is skipping or not a constant feed?
A: Depends on your internet speed and memory in computer will vary the download and viewing process. A tip is to start video and pause it while the entire video loads (you will see bar on bottom of player move left to right as video is loading/processing.) Once loaded then resume by pressing the play button.
Q: Who do I contact if I have additional questions?

Q: How do I sign up for a video caddy from Replay Cave?

Q: How soon before my tee time do I need to reserve my Replay Cave video caddy?
A: You can reserve your video caddy up to 4 hours prior to your tee time. The availabilty of video caddies is based on other reservations. We recommend you book your video caddy as soon as possible. Please see our cancellation policy for further details.
Q: How many video caddies will film my golf round?
A: We provide one video caddy per group for most of our packages, but can provide multiple video caddies in certain instances. Please call or email us for further information regarding customized packages.

Q: When will my video be available online?
A: Videos will be posted online within 48 hours of completing your round.
Q: Do I have to pay full price if we only have 2 or 3 players?
A: Yes, our rates include up to 4 players in a group.
Q: Are there any 9 hole rates?

Q: Do we have to tip a Replay Cave Video Caddy?
A: We don't require you to tip your Video Caddy, but your score might improve and bad golf shots may get edited out if you do tip them!!!
Q: How do I receive a DVD of my round?
A: DVDS are available for an extra $20, and include up to four DVD’s. Please make arrangements with your Video Caddy or make payment here on our website.
Q: Where and when do I meet the video caddy?
A: There is no need to worry about having to search for the video caddy at the course. Our video caddy will be waiting to meet you at the 1st tee box before you tee off.
