You will be notified prior to your tee-time regarding your confirmation of Replay Cave Video Caddy. Reservations made 24 hours or less before your tee time may not be fullfilled and this is based on caddy availabilty. If this situation arises, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled up to 48 hours of tee time is 100% refundable.
Reservations canceled from 48 to 24 hours of tee time are 50% refundable.
Reservations canceled within 24 are non-refundable.
Weather Policy:
After the round has started, if the players are removed from the course by course management due to weather. Players will be charged a prorated rate based on # of holes played.
